CAROL LAW MEMORIAL COLUMBARIUM (CLCM) FUND

The fund is established for the sole purpose of endowing the perpetual maintenance and care of the Trinity By-The-Sea columbarium.

The funds will be pooled with the Trinity By-The-Sea Endowment Fund for purpose of investment management. All gains from investment will become a part of the Fund balance.

The $200 price of each columbarium niche will be contributed to the CLMC fund. The price of the niche may be changed at any time by the Vestry of TBTS. Additional contributions may be made in any amount to the CLCM.

The Vestry of TBTS has sole responsibility for withdrawals from the Fund for use in maintaining the columbarium and surrounding garden and walkways.

If the Fund is depleted it will be deemed to have served its purpose and only reinstated if additional contributions are received.
